Payment and delivery:

Delivery methods:

You can order online, from this website, with the following options:

  • Fast courier, anywhere in the country. The transport cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the total weight of the order.
  • For products marked "in stock". delivery time is 2-4 working days after finalising the order. In times of emergency or alert states, delivery can take a little longer due to large amounts of online orders and delays on supply and delivery.
  • For products marked "Out of stock" or "On order", delivery time will be communicated to you after finalising the order, by email, after confirming with our suppliers.

During Black Friday please take into consideration a delivery time of 3-5 working days instead, due to the high number of orders for us and the shipping companies. We will still do our best to send all orders within 24 hours.

 

Payment methods:

You can order this product online, from this page, and you have several options for payment:

  • Debit/credit card, online, processed by our partner MobilPay
  • Cash on delivery, with the courier, when the order is delivered
  • Bank transfer, by bank transfer according to the pre-invoice sent by email after finalising the order

 

Return of products:

The buyer has the possibility to notify the seller that he wishes to return the product, without giving any particular reason, within 15 days after receiving the product. The product must be returned unused, in the original packaging, together withh all the certificates and documentation, just as it was received from Gardenium.ro. The reimbursement of the amount paid (minus the return transportation costs) will be made in no more than 30 days from the day of receiving the return by Gardenium, only by bank transfer or voucher valid on Gardenium.ro. The return costs will be supported by the buyer. We cannot accept returnts for products in the following conditions: used products, crashed/smashed/bent/deteriorated products, products with unauthorized modifications, products with no original packaging, products with missing documentation or products with any other type of malfunction caused by the buyer.

A product is considered to be in accordance to the selling-buying contract if:

• it corresponds to the description posted by the seller for that product;

• it corresponds to the type of use that the buyer had in mind at the moment of buying, if he communicated the type of use intended to the seller and the seller confirmed it at the time of sale;

• it corresponds to the purpose in which other similar products are normally used;

• if in relation to the declarations and descriptions of the product characteristics, especially by publicity or labeling, the product fits within the normal quality and performance parameters and corresponds to reasonable expectations of a user.

S.C. Gardenium House Design S.R.L.  states that every delivered products corresponds to the conformity declaration and guarantees this conformity at the moment of delivery, according to the Romanian law no. 296/2004 concerning the Coinsumer Code and Law no. 449/2003 concerning product sales.

Complaints and return requests will be sent to S.C. Gardenium House Design S.R.L. in writing, at the e-mail address [email protected], within 14 days after receiving the products.

If, upon reception, the product is found to not be according to the characteristics in the offer, you have the right to request repair, or, if not possible, replacement. If the total time for repairing/replacing the product is unreasonably long, you can request reimbursement of the ammount. You also have the posibility, in that case, to request replacement with a product of a lower or higher value, in which case the difference will be paid or reimbursed. Gardenium will handle the shipping costs in these cases.

By not returning the product within the time and terms mentioned above, we consider that all the terms mentioned in this page are taken into knowledge by the buyer and that the buyer must respect them. S.C. Gardenium House Design S.R.L. does not take any responsability for any risks or damage resulted from using the products supplied.

Warranty:

Starting with the date from which a product is sold to the final user, which is mentioned on the sale document, the producer guarantees that the Product is free from material or assembly defects. The warranty is applied by repairing the product to the normal state, replacing the product with a new one, or reimbursing the value of the product.

Solutioning of the warranty claim is done in no more than 14 days.

Warranty conditions are according to the following local laws: O.G. 21/1992, Law 449/2003 and O.G. 174/2008.

Products which are used in inadequate conditions (intentional distructions, improper use, user negligence) are not an object for warranty claims.

Our website strictly respects and handles the confidentiality of our customers and uses their information strictly for the intended purpose (order fulfillment) and for commercial informations regarding our store and the products purchased. We do not incourage SPAM, we do not supply your email to third parties, we do not sell/offer/trade e-mail addresses obtained within this shop, we do not divulge your e-mail to other people accesing this website.
