Measures taken to secure personal data
SC GARDENIUM HOUSE DESIGN takes all appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access.

- At intervals (monthly) a backup of the database is performed;
- The computers from which the database of personal information is accessed are in rooms to which access is restricted; the computing units have implemented up-to-date antivirus, antispam and firewall protection solutions.
- The printing of personal data is performed only by users authorized for this operation and only for purposes required by applicable law.
- The servers on which the site is hosted are protected from physical access and limited distance, being installed in technically and security-appropriate premises. We make all reasonable, commercially justified efforts to protect your personal data collected, analyze new technologies in the field and, if necessary, apply them to upgrade our security systems. Also, the hardware and software infrastructure used by Gardenium.ro is periodically analyzed from the point of view of security.
- The company's headquarters are equipped with surveillance cameras, and personal data are stored electronically in secure files, protected by password. The information on paper is kept in special files, to which only the company's employees have access, who have the obligation of confidentiality.
